The Full Story
My Petite Gallery is the vision and creation of Sophie Federspiel, a former humanitarian, art enthusiast and entrepreneur. The company was founded in January 2023 and is registered and licensed in NYC.

We are an online art gallery organizing quarterly pop-up art shows and events in New York City. Our work is at the intersection of arts and advocacy.
Our curated art collection focuses primarily on contemporary art and features photography, painting, drawing and digital creations from all over the world - with a specific focus and interest in artists living or working in conflict areas as well as refugees, asylum seekers or stateless artists.

My Petite Gallery carries and displays artful selections at every price point. Our priority is to make art accessible to all, promote under-represented artists and give back to society.
We take pride in being a woman-owned and operated business, dedicated to fostering creativity and empowering artists from all backgrounds.

Hello
My name is Sophie Federspiel
I am the founder of My Petite Gallery. I was born in Paris, France and spent the past 18 years exploring the world. I lived and worked in Sudan (Darfur), Central African Republic, Nigeria, Mali and Yemen. In 2023, I decided to quit the humanitarian world to launch my art gallery in NYC. My aim is to bring people together, share beauty while raising awareness on any forms of injustice (discrimination, racism, etc.) and human rights abuses.
